Lumiere Assured

Renting in the UK can be difficult for international students who don’t have a UK guarantor.

Lumiere Assured provides eligible international students renting directly through Lumiere Living with an alternative application route.

Instead of arranging a third-party guarantor service, we carry out an enhanced assessment of your circumstances, including your student status, financial position and support from a parent or financial sponsor.

Apply

Complete the short application below and pay the £99 Assessment Fee.

Initial Review

Once your application and £99 Assessment Fee have been received, we'll contact you by email to request the supporting documentation required for the assessment.

Assessment

We'll review and verify your supporting documents and will contact your parent or financial sponsor as part of the enhanced assessment.

Approval

If your assessment is successful, we'll provide your individual Lumiere Assured quotation. The fee is calculated according to your application and tenancy and confirmed before you decide whether to proceed.

Move in

Once approved and everything is completed, you can sign your tenancy agreement and prepare to move into your Lumiere Living apartment.
