Lumiere Assured
No UK guarantor? There may be another way.
We welcome students from around the world and understand that international students often don’t have a UK-based guarantor or UK credit history.
Lumiere Assured provides eligible applicants with an alternative route to renting a Lumiere Living apartment without using a UK guarantor or third-party guarantor service.
How does Lumiere Assured work?
Rather than relying on a UK guarantor, we carry out an enhanced assessment of you and your circumstances. This may include verifying your identity, student status, finances and Right to Rent, together with contacting a parent or financial sponsor to confirm their support.
Every application is reviewed individually by our team.
What does it cost?
There is a £99 assessment fee once your initial application has been accepted for assessment. If you are approved for Lumiere Assured, we’ll then provide a personalised quotation for your tenancy.
Your Lumiere Assured fee will always be confirmed before you decide whether to proceed.
Who is it for?
Lumiere Assured is designed for international students who can demonstrate suitable financial support but do not have a UK guarantor.
It is available exclusively for selected properties rented directly through Lumiere Living and is subject to assessment and approval.
